Site Improvements

Our scope of work performed can be very broad to include all aspects of work needed for turn-key site development packages and most often includes clearing and demolition, erosion control, bio-retention devices, earthmoving, storm drainage, underground storm control structures, water and sewer, fine grading, base and paving as well as striping and signs.

Facility Rehabilitation

Kissick brings the resources and experience to bring new life to any dated industrial facility. Our building rehabilitation work is tailored to extend the useful life of the facility, and modernize and increase operational efficiencies. In addition to structural concrete, steel, and other aspects of building rehabilitation, we provide the full array of utility services including full replacement and in-place lining and trenchless rehabilitation technologies.

Shutdowns and Turnarounds

Our team works closely with clients and owners to develop a progressive series of implementation plans, beginning well in advance of the turnaround start date and concluding with post-project performance reviews.

Utility Relocations

Using state-of-the-art equipment and an experienced workforce, we perform all types of underground utility work, including sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water lines. With decades of experience in site utilities, we complete work efficiently, on time, and under budget.

New Equipment Foundations

Kissick Construction offers the unique ability to work directly with equipment manufacturers to utilize the drawings of any newly acquired machines and equipment to generate a foundation specifically tailored to accommodate our clients’ specialized needs.

Equipment Relocations / Replacements

Kissick Construction works closely with clients and owners to tailor logistics focused on equipment removal, replacement and switchover which minimizes operational disruptions. Our turnkey services also include all necessary foundation modifications and utility relocations.

Facility Expansion

Kissick Construction provides the full array of services to expand any industrial facility – regardless of magnitude. Turnkey activities include: grading and earthwork; sitework including parking, utilities and drainage; structural expansion and connection to existing systems; and equipment installation and hook-up.
