As manager of the survey team with Kissick Construction, Aaron brings 25 years of field experience in land survey work as well as professional civil engineering training. His in depth understanding of overall project management of public infrastructure improvements, land development and industrial facility upgrades enables him to assist in quality control and assurance for projects. Aaron utilizes a variety of software to develop accurate 2D and 3D earthwork, underground piping and concrete foundation layout working documents.

Kevin has spent the majority of his 30+ year career in construction. He was one of the first employees at Kissick Construction and recently transitioned from project manager to Talent Mentor for the company. Kevin mentors and trains new and advancing personnel in Kissick’s processes and technology, drawing on his years of experience in structural concrete and flatwork, concrete repairs, demolition and installation of new industrial plant process facilities.

Chris Hibdon provides direction for the financial operations of the corporation, subsidiaries, and projects including both operational and accounting functions.
Chris has over 22 years of experience working in the financial side of the construction industry. Previously, she was a partner in the firm Hoover Hibdon PC where her practice focused on working with clients active in the construction and engineering industries. A key consultant for Kissick Construction for many years, Hibdon recently left her consulting practice to join Kissick Construction full-time in her role as CFO.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science of Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Missouri Kansas City, and is a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Liberty Area Chamber of Commerce. Chris intends to continue her history of civic engagement at Kissick Construction.

As a lead surveyor for our industrial plant projects, Brian completes as-builts using CADD software after working in the field to stake and record data. He is skilled in wall monitoring and also total station survey work.

She has a combined 25 years of experience in providing back office support services and specializes in human resource management and benefit administration, with knowledge of payroll process management and implementation as well. Sonya has experience facilitating union agreements and ensuring compliance with state, federal, DOT, DOL, OFCCP and FMCSA regulations.
