Supporting Successful Construction
Deep Foundation in Kansas City
Kissick Construction offers specialized services to increase the stability of the built foundation. When core sampling reveals challenging geotechnical conditions, Kissick can implement the engineered solutions dictated by the site conditions and nature of the project.
Utilizing an innovative process which combines the expertise of our field staff with the ingenuity of our engineers, our team of professionals brings quality to construction projects from the ground up with deep foundation in Kansas City.

Deep Foundation Services
We are experienced in installing many types of driven piles including: steel H-piles, steel pipe piles, prestress and precast concrete piles, and timber piles.
Augered Cast-In-Place Piles
Kissick has decades of experience installing various sizes of auger cast piles, a common and cost-effective method of high load bearing piling used to mitigate poor subsoils.
Using an angled horizontal wire or rod, or a helical anchor, a tieback is commonly used along with other retaining systems (e.g. soldier piles, sheet piles, secant and tangent walls) to provide additional stability.
Micro Piles & Pin Piles
When demanded by unique site conditions or construction needs, Kissick can install smaller micro piles within tight quarters or challenging conditions.
Using a variety of methods, Kissick can install underpinning to enhance the load capacity of existing foundations. Among other reasons, this service can be required due to industrial plant expansions or new equipment installations.
