Construction Projects in Kansas City

Utilities, Trenchless Technology

The project area covered a large part of the aging regions of the Kansas City metropolitan area consisting of repairs in the street, public rights of way, residential yards, wooded parks, and waterways. The locations were obstructed by buildings, fences, trees and other barriers. Creative solutions were utilized to complete the work with a combination of trenchless and traditional open cut methods.

This project rehabilitated almost 64,000 linear feet of aged sewer line and included about 52,000 feet of lined cured-in-place installation, 277 lateral liners, 270 open cut lateral repairs, 3,000 feet of open cut main replacement, 9,000 feet of pipe burst main replacement, and manhole rehabilitation and replacement.
